In order to sign up for membership, you must agree to these terms.
Users:

as such and may be deleted by moderators.
You will not make repetitive remarks in order to mark a point. Once is plenty.
Additionals may be deleted.
You will keep your posts neat and clean and stray from offensive remarks.
You will not make any negative connotations towards any race, sex, or religion.
You will be liable for any damages caused by providing any personal information
on the public boards.
You will not maintain more than 1 active account.
You will obey any requests from site admins.
You are aware that a site admin may edit or delete your posts for no reason.
You are aware that board moderators may remove your posts for failure to meet
these terms.
You understand that the owners of this site are not liable for any damages or
loss caused by the technical advice given on this site.
You understand that the owners of this site advise you to test recommendations first.
You understand that information provided here may not be reliable at all times.
Moderators:
(By becoming a moderator of a board, you take on additional
responsibilities and thus will be judged moreso as a representative of this
site. Your terms will be more strictly enforced. You also still
abide by the User's terms.)
You will not delete posts that do no fail to meet the Terms of Use.
You will use good judgement when deleting posts that fail to meet the Terms of
Use.
You will only manage boards that have to do with technical articles and advice.
You may only ban members of a board for failure to meet the Terms of Use
only after warning them first.
You may not ban members of a board for being negative.
You will keep your board information box neat and clean and pertaining to the
subject.
You will not exploit users or user's personal information.
You will be liable for any damages caused by providing any personal information
on the public boards.
You will abide by the terms of Users when posting.
You are aware that a site admin may edit or delete your posts or board for no
reason.
You are aware that you can be banned from the site for failure to meet these
terms.
